Has anyone attended their DC Planning day? These are happening at the moment - would be interesting to hear how these are progressing. Canterbury-Waitaha - the School Leaders Network which is a group of AP/DP's will be used as a forum for the sharing of information. This group meets once a Term.
Murihiku-Southland - Branch Meetings and Principal's gathering are a forum for communicating with members locally. There are a lot of small schools and a high level of involvement, which also makes information sharing easier.
